The best feature is the gyro action, it's so useful when trying to screw in something awkward and you need an instant change in direction
Only bad point is sadly when you're fixing a screw next to a wall or adjacent surface you can only rotate 1 way so you have to disconnect and turn it upside down to use in the other direction. An unavoidable design flaw I feel with a great tool.
