- Easy to use and extend the pole. The tilting head has a slim profile which is slimmer than others making it better for horizontal cuts. Powerful motor and decent chain length.

- At 70 and having arthritis, I found it a little heavy for me to use when fully extended.

- Cover over chain comes off, because although I was sent a spanner with chainsaw, I can't use it as you can only tighten by hand.
