So easy to use.
Yes the blade guard is totally inadequate. In fact very dangerous. I cut my finger trying to put it on. It needs to be rigid plastic. Really does need addressing. The only bad thing about it

It’s light and easy to handle without worrying about a cord being in the way. I was able to use the batteries from a recently broken B&D drill. Bought a nice DeWalt drill and so the batteries didn’t go to waste on this trimmer.
A slightly longer blade would be quite nice, but overall it’s all good.

A nice light machine to use and easily trimmed my trees and shrubs - nothing too heavy. I think a blade longer than 45cm would have been better to give greater reach.
