Good Points+: Good product, only used the mop so far. Have not tried the other parts. Impressed by a demonstration when visited someone in Singapore, who had it for a few years and love it.

Good Points+: Black and Decker make good steamers with great performance.This being my fourth one

Bad Points−: Unfortunately there build quality is poor and never last the 2 years that's covered by the warranty and no one local to repair it in London
