Functions well, for removing tiles, drilling through concrete, light channel chipping.

My rating will reflect, the assumption that the second one works as it should and the overall rating reduced because I had to exchange one faulty tool.
The first one broke, after 4 uses, (it sheared in the tool holder along the ball bearings). New one has been used once so far, to remove tiles, and functions well, but also has the worrying sign of grease dribbling down the bit (this could be normal as I've never owned one of these from new before, but it doesn't seem right.
To justify using the word kit, should it not contain at least 2 chisels (point & flat) and a (10mm?) drill bit?
